The purpose of this website  is to promote and sell the products listed on it.

In defence of intellectual property and trademark rights, and copyright, authors whose works are exhibited in any way on the website may file any claims that they deem necessary, according to the guarantees laid down in intellectual property law. All of this without prejudice to the actions that may be taken by the owner of the website in defence of their own rights and those conferred by the ownership of the website and domain.

It is the duty of the user to use both the website, its contents and any links that may exist in a diligent and responsible manner.

The owner of this site has no responsibility for the content of the links that may be accessed from this website.

The prior registration of the buyer is necessary for the acquisition of products. The data requested are essential for the management of the purchase and is used solely for commercial purposes to enable the requested services to be provided and/or to send information material, subject to prior consent. The processing of data complies with the provisions of the Data Protection Act (Organic Law 15/1999), with Acemelia being the company responsible for the file and archive duly registered with the Data Protection Agency under the name of CLIENTES. The rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition can be exercised at the address designated at the start as owner of the domain and website.

The price of the products includes any taxes and fees that may be applicable.

Payment can be made through the following system:

Payment by bank transfer. The purchase shall not be considered completed until it has been confirmed. The order will  then be processed. If the transfer is not confirmed in two days, the sale will be cancelled and the chosen product will be returned to the sales platform. Bank transfer is the most secure payment system as no data is entered via de Internet at any time.

Payment via Paypal secure payment gateway. Payment via this system can be made by bank transfer or by any of the major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, 4B…) supported by this system.

Payment by credit or debit card via a secure REDSYS payment gateway implemented through Bank Banco Popular.

Once payment has been made, the product will be shipped within five working days via the transport company chosen by the buyer.

The owner of the website is not responsible for the delivery problems that may result from the transport activity (strikes, faults, adverse weather conditions…).

The final invoice shall be sent with the order.

Regarding payment: No liability is accepted in the case of negligent behaviour of the buyer. The owner of the website is not responsible for the management or charges that can be made by the payment gateway, financial institutions and issuers of accepted means of payment. The owner of the website complies with all the rules established in the laws on buying and selling, both general and those on the protection of users, consumers and e-commerce.

Regarding shipping costs: Shipping costs are established based on the destination and the transport company selected by the customer. This amount is added to the price shown on the sales gateway. Should the customer wish to hire a transport company other than those listed on Acemelia.com, please write to info@aceemelia.com before placing your order.

Regarding product delivery: Product delivery is entrusted to and will be managed by the company chosen by the owner of the website. The owner of the website is not responsible for problems that may arise during delivery resulting from the activity of the transport of goods. In special cases, delivery can be made by the owner of the website, subject to agreement with the buyer. Delivery will be made to the address designated by the buyer in the data provided in the registration form. Any modification will lead to  new shipping charges, which will be paid before the delivery of the product. It is the buyer’s responsibility to act in good faith and review the product upon delivery. No claims will be accepted more than two (2) days after delivery. In any case, the seller reserves the right to check the proper use of the product.

Regarding breach of contract: The contract holder reserves the right to cancel the sale in the event of any breach by the buyer. In particular, in the case of payment by bank transfer, when there is confirmation of the same within two (2) business days, the sale shall be deemed void and the product will reappear on the offer gateway.

Regarding claims and complaints: The owner of the website and the users submit any disputes that may arise to the Spanish courts, establishing jurisdiction in the case of complaints against the owner in the courts of Pontevedra. Regarding amendment to the terms of use: the owner of the website reserves the right to modify the terms of sale, in particular prices, costs and delivery methods. In any case, sales will be subject to the conditions in force at the time of payment.

Regarding returns: All products may be returned within seven days of receipt of the shipment, provided that the products are in perfect condition and retain their original packaging. To do so, send us the article with the delivery note, indicating if you wish to replace it with another article or receive a refund. Acemelia can only cover shipping costs incurred by the refund if it is due to an error on our part in fulfilling the order or if the product is defective. The shipping costs incurred by the new shipment (in the case of an exchange) shall be borne by Acemelia. Otherwise, shipping costs shall be borne by you.
