These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all commercial transactions carried out our website, www.acemelia.com.

WEBSITE INFORMATION AND CONTENT

Acemelia reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on this website (modifications to products, prices, promotions and other commercial and service conditions) at any time.

Acemelia makes every effort within its means to provide the information contained on the Website in a truthful manner and without typographical errors. In the case that an error of this type occurs at any time beyond the control of Acemelia, it will be corrected immediately. if there is a typo in any of the prices and a customer has made a purchase a decision based on that error, Acemelia shall inform the customer of the error and the customer shall have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost.

CUSTOMER RIGHTS AND RETURN POLICY

The customer shall have seven days from receipt of the order to terminate the contract and return the purchased product, provided that the products are in perfect condition and retain their original packaging. In these cases, Acemelia will refund the purchase price by crediting the credit card or by bank transfer to the account specified by the customer. The customer shall notify Acemelia within the stipulated period and by any means admitted by law, provided that there is a record of the communication, of their desire to exercise the right to return the goods. The return may be made to Acemelia at 52 Street Rosalía de Castro, block 1, 9B; 36201 Vigo (Pontevedra). The shipping costs for returning an order shall be borne by the customer.

If a product other than the one requested by the client is delivered by mistake by Acemelia, it will be collected and the correct product will be delivered at no additional cost to the customer.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER

Acemelia customer undertake at all times to provide accurate information at all times on the user data or order forms. The customer agrees to accept all the provisions and conditions contained in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The customer agrees to enable the delivery of the requested order by providing a delivery address where it can be delivered during normal delivery  hours.
